The mission
Personal growth, strength, self-awareness, respect, discipline and responsibility are common core values taught within all of our kids programs.
We have classes for children of all ages and levels.
We think this division is important and allows more children to start training in a friendlier way and it certainly increases the speed of learning.
Tiny Champions A – B

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program is designed to introduce our youngest students to Jiu-Jitsu, as well as help them develop agility, flexibility and coordination. The curriculum includes fun games and interactive drills that teach basic Jiu-Jitsu movements and beginner techniques, ensuring a strong foundation and better understanding of our art, while maintaining his/her interest and keeping it enjoyable for your youngster. Instructors also promote and reinforce strong core values through simple and easy-to-follow methods.
You can choose between two class schedules:
Tiny Champion A – Monday, Wednesday and Saturday
Tiny Champion B – Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
PROGRAM GOALS:

This program is designed to build a strong foundation in your students practice, and improve his/her coordination, movement, and agility. Students will also receive a comprehensive overview of all positions and techniques in the beginner and fundamental curriculum, as well as an introduction to the more advanced Jiu-Jitsu curriculum. Students will also be given more detailed explanations of core Jiu-Jitsu concepts and ideas.
PROGRAM GOALS:
- Improve movement and coordination

CURRICULUM INCLUDES:
- Overview of all positions and situations
- Comprehensive instruction of beginner and fundamental techniques

Little Champion 3 – Our Newest Class!
We are excited to introduce Little Champion 3, designed for students ready to take the next step in their Jiu-Jitsu journey. This program focuses on refining technique, improving decision-making in training and enhancing overall athletic ability. Students will develop a deeper understanding of Jiu-Jitsu strategies while continuing to build confidence, discipline and respect.
With a balance of structured instruction and drills, this class helps students sharpen their movements and apply techniques more effectively.
Additionally, students will gain a deeper understanding of core Jiu-Jitsu concepts, preparing them for higher levels of training.

This program is designed for students aged 7 to 15 with a deeper focus on the art and techniques of Jiu-Jitsu. The curriculum is based on competition scenarios, and includes more advanced Jiu-Jitsu techniques and drills. Students will cover positions more in-depth and work toward building a more balanced and complete Jiu-Jitsu game. Please note: this class requires instructor approval.
