Fundamentals for Beginners
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The Fundamentals Program is designed to focus on the core techniques that every Jiu-Jitsu practitioner should know. With this program, students will be able to improve their overall Jiu-Jitsu knowledge, improve their movement and coordination, and receive an introduction to more advanced Jiu-Jitsu techniques. Students are highly encouraged to ask questions in order to improve their individual understanding of the techniques and positions. All students – from white belt to black belt – are encouraged to participate in this program.

LADiES ONLY CLASS
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This class focuses on the techniques that is essential for Jiu-Jitsu practitioners. Students will improve their Jiu-Jitsu skills, coordination, and movement, while also learning more advanced techniques. All belt levels are welcome – from white belt to black belt – and students are encouraged to ask questions to deepen their understanding.
The class is for women aged 16 and above, offering a supportive space where they can train, roll with each other and empower one another. The goal is to help women push each other to build confidence and grow.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The Advanced Program gives students the opportunity to take their game to the next level through an in-depth exploration of more advanced Jiu-Jitsu techniques and instruction. Students will also receive an extensive education into modern Jiu-Jitsu practice, as well as less common situations that may arise during a match. Participation in this class is restricted to 3-stripes white belts and above.

- Delve into more advanced and modern Jiu-Jitsu techniques

NO-GI
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The No-Gi Program is offered in both Fundamentals and Advanced classes. Students will have the opportunity to learn the same modern Jiu-Jitsu being taught in Gi classes, but learn how to adapt them to No-Gi situations. Students must wear the Gracie Stockholm No-Gi uniform to participate in these classes.

Focused primarily on sparring, our Competition Program is designed to prepare students for competition. Students will get an overview of tournament scenarios and how to handle certain situations that will arise on the competition mat. This program is offered to all belt levels, but by invitation only.

You will never forget your first class at Gracie Stockholm!
We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before schedule, as the class will start on time. When lining up to begin practice, you’ll notice the instructor has a precise plan for the class. This is standard. The class routine is always similar so you know exactly what to expect during each part of practice; the techniques change, though! You will learn over 100 technique combinations over the first four months so be ready for the journey! You will also find strong support from your peers. By the end of class you will be physically tired but mentally exhilarated. Remember, you can train as much as you want.
